Its been a while since Flux has dropped a song (since bass cannon?). Anyways, he definitely doesn’t disappoint with this remix of Example’s Midnight Run, dropped on UKF yesterday. This remix is lighter and poppy, more along the lines of MIA’s Internet Connection remix that he did. Although a prefer Flux’s heavier stuff, I still appreciate what he did with this Example track and I’ll most likely be playing this all day. Bass Cannon [The Remixes] – Flux Pavilion
Follow @dubstepklctnBass Cannon by Flux Pavilion has easily been the most hyped and played track in the dubstep genre this year. Many big name DJ’s and producers have played it in their sets (Click here for an INSANE Rusko Bass Cannon drop), and any one that knows that dubstep isn’t a band should know the song. Love it or hate it, its huge. So on that note I thought I’d share with you all a few of my favorite remixes of Bass Cannon. Give these guys credit – (Filth Collins, Getter, and Zomboy) this track is pretty hard to remix but in my opinion they all did it pretty well. Which one is your favorite? Louder (Doctor P & Flux Pavilion Remix) – DJ Fresh
Follow @dubstepklctnFlux and Doctor P on the remix so you know its gonna be a banger, a great vocal and classic Flux/ Doctor P sounds, this track is absolutely huge. Circus One (Presented By Doctor P and Flux Pavilion) – Circus Records
Follow @dubstepklctnSo Circus Records just released an album containing 16 of their artist’s songs, and in my opinion its a pretty dope collection. Although a lot of the songs are old, its pretty cool to have this collection of Circus songs together. Along with these songs, Doctor P and Flux Pavilion themselves grace us with a mix containing all of the songs in the album. Unfortunately we can’t give you guys a download link to the album, so if you like Flux Pavilion, Doctor P, Cookie Monsta, Slum Dogz, Roksonix, or Funtcase, definitely buy this compilation either on itunes or the Circus Records website. I’ve included a Cookie Monsta track, “Bubble Trouble” in this post simply because its a unique, creative, and dope song; maybe my favorite on the album. Enjoy.

Bass Cannon – Flux Pavilion
Follow @dubstepklctnFlux can do no wrong. Easily being the most anticipated dubstep track of 2011, a 2-minute preview of Bass Cannon was finally posted on the UKF Dubstep’s youtube page today. From listening to low-quality clips online and hearing Nero drop it live at Pandemonium Fest a couple weeks ago, I’ve been crazy about this song. Being a fan of Flux on Facebook, I’ve seen the release of Bass Cannon be delayed and delayed over and over again from February to April, so I was surprised and overjoyed when I saw it come up on my youtube homepage. The drop on this song is one I’ve never heard before – my cat sprinted out of my room when the bass dropped. But I don’t think much more needs to be said about this song. Enjoy, and get pumped for the release in April.

I Can’t Stop – Flux Pavilion

Flux Pavilion has been mixing many mean dubstep tracks since he began producing. I Can’t Stop is definitely my favorite track by him. When it is officially released, I bet it is gonna be one of the hottest dubstep tunes on the scene. If you haven’t heard this track yet, crank your speakers up and shake you entire house. It is a beautiful hard hitting dubstep tune. This is some of the best bass you will ever hear, so enjoy it!
