I have never been a huge fan of Christmas music, but this dubstep tune definitely changes that. Sonis & Stratagem sent this track over and it got me in the holiday spirit. From the beginning, this track doesn’t seem to fall into the dubstep category. But right after the first minute, the entire track is replaced with some insanely wobbly bass. This track is just so fast paced and uplifting. Crank this baby up and unwrap some presents! Enjoy my friends!
It’s almost winter break, which means it’s time for semester finals! I’m sure I’m not the only one who is stressing about them, so here is a great tune to sit back and relax to. From the beginning a soothing beat kicks in with beautiful wobbly bass and sound effects on top of it. It creates one epic melody! Turn down the lights, crank up the speakers and chill out to this amazing tune. Enjoy my friends, and good luck on your finals!
If you’re looking for a dubstep mixtape to blow your mind, then you definitely wanna download this one. My man George H. sent this track over and I just can’t stop listening to it. From the beginning, the bass kicks in and takes you on an thirty minute long audio journey. The bass is just massive in this mix! My favorite part is right after the intro because the rap vocals are perfectly combined with the grimey bass to create an epic melody. Definitely crank this baby up and shake your entire city! Enjoy!
Sorry guys, I can’t offer a download for this track but you can cop it on Beatport.
When I got back to Spokane after Thanksgiving break, my man, Alex M., showed me this incredibly dope electro house track with influences of dubstep. Wolfgang Garnter (AKA – Joey Youngman) started producing music at the age of 11 and has been creating incredible tracks ever since. I love the way this pitch of this track continually fluctuates from high to low while keeping an upbeat tempo. If you’re looking to get the party started, definitely crank up this track!
I stumbled across this track on SoundCloud a few days ago and it is definitely Kollection worthy. Don’t let the quiet beginning fool you – after the drop this song bumps! This track was released to promote Dub Junkies Chase The Bass EP which I will definitely be copping if it is anything like this track. It drops on Monkey Dub on November 25th. Crank this promo up and wake up the neighborhood! Enjoy!
Equal Records, which was started by the Sandman (one of the first people featured on the DK) and Dub-Z, has just had their first official release, the Kaza EP. This EP is so dope. It goes from soothing classically influenced dubstep to tracks filled with bass pounding, face melting wobbly bass. There is a song for everybody in this kollection. My favorite track is definitely Unforsaken – It is some nice chilled dubstep intertwined with classical music which will send chills down your spine.
Here is a dope remix by Datsik. This track begins with a simple beat as it approaches the drop. At the drop, some grimey bass kicks in and pushes your subwoofer to the limit. Kollect this one and enjoy!
While traveling to Colorado and back, I discovered some sweet tunes. The remix by Nero is the only true dubstep track but the other two are bumping and worth a listen.
First off, Nero’s dubstep remix involves some hard hitting bass that will shake your entire room.
Next we got the Boys Noise Remix of Justice’s Phantom Pt II. Don’t let his tracks slow beginning fool you. It turns into a insane dance song that will make everyone start breaking it down on the dance floor. This is definitely my favorite of the three.
Lastly we got a dope track by Duck Sauce. This track is even more upbeat then the last one but equally as good. I really like the way the vocals are used to progress the beat. This track is super dope!
I posted a dance mix up on the DK about a week ago and I got a lot of request for more tunes like it, so here is a super dope club song remix by Camo & Krooked. They are known for their Drum and Bass tracks that make the dance floor go wild, and this one is no different. From the beginning, the upbeat tempo makes you wanna start moving. Then the mean bass kicks in as the track builds towards the drop. After the drop all hell breaks loose and you can’t resist the urge to dance like a maniac.
