Bassnectar BBC Mixtape 2010
Follow @dubstepklctnIf you’re looking for a dubstep mixtape to blow your mind, then you definitely wanna download this one. My man George H. sent this track over and I just can’t stop listening to it. From the beginning, the bass kicks in and takes you on an thirty minute long audio journey. The bass is just massive in this mix! My favorite part is right after the intro because the rap vocals are perfectly combined with the grimey bass to create an epic melody. Definitely crank this baby up and shake your entire city! Enjoy!

The Kaza EP from Equal Records
Follow @dubstepklctnEqual Records, which was started by the Sandman (one of the first people featured on the DK) and Dub-Z, has just had their first official release, the Kaza EP. This EP is so dope. It goes from soothing classically influenced dubstep to tracks filled with bass pounding, face melting wobbly bass. There is a song for everybody in this kollection. My favorite track is definitely Unforsaken – It is some nice chilled dubstep intertwined with classical music which will send chills down your spine.

Skrillex
Follow @dubstepklctnIf you haven’t heard about Skrillex, it’s about damn time! Skrillex is from Los Angeles and is absolute banging right now!
Recently he released his new EP called “Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites” and I know it’s uptempo and a mixture between drum&bass and a little bit dubstep, but it’s an EP maxed out with massive tracks! Right now Skrillex is touring with Deadmau5 and I think (without offending the guy) that Deadmau5 has inspired Skrillex a bit, since the tracks have a House/Club sound in them.

This first track is an absolute banger! i know it’s a rather heavy track but i love the way the tracks start out slow builds up and then slows down as the pitched vocals appear and then the screaming “OH MY GOD” and then the drop just violate your ears!

Drink The Sea Part 2: The Mixtape – The Glitch Mob
Follow @dubstepklctnI’ve been getting a bunch of requests for more dubstep with rap on top of it these past few weeks, so here we go. The Glitch Mob has teamed up with MishkaNYC to bring you this amazing collection of tunes.
This Mixtape dropped today and features songs from TGM’s album Drink The Sea, which you can purchase here. It moves seamlessly from track to track and I just can’t get enough of it. The rhymes being spit by many notorious artists slide in perfectly with the tempo and mood of every track. It may be considered more of glitch-hop then dubstep but I guarantee that you will enjoy every second of this half hour mix. Crank it up and enjoy!
